LAKE HAVASU CITY – An attempt to start up a motorhome in Lake Havasu City went awry Thursday when the vehicle caught fire and was engulfed in flames. Fire Department personnel responded at 5:15 p.m. to the incident in the 1300 block of Kibbey Drive. 

Crews reportedly gained control of the blaze within 15 minutes. Successful containment prevented spread of flame to a nearby home and casita. No injuries were reported.
