COVID update: 371 new cases, six deaths

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 371 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Friday noon and Monday afternoon. There are also 6 new deaths reported during this period of time.
Four of the 6 deaths are a result of previously reported confirmed cases. Two of those are a 70-79 and an 80-89 person in the Kingman service area. One of the 4 is a 70-79 individual in the Bullhead City service area and the final one is a 60-69 person in the Lake Havasu City service area.
The final 2 deaths are both part of the 371 confirmed new cases being reported today. One is a 70-79 person in the Lake Havasu City area and one is a 70-79 person in an Undetermined area of the county.
Of the 371 new confirmed cases, there are 139 new cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 114 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 104 new cases in the Kingman service area. There are 12 new cases in the North County service area. There are 2 new cases in an Undetermined area of the county.
Of the 139 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, 137 of them remain under investigation. Eight are 0-10; eight are 11-19; twelve are 20-29; twenty-five are 30-39; eleven are 40-49; nineteen are 50-59; twenty-nine are 60-69; twenty-one are 70-79; four are 80-89. The remaining two cases are an 11-19 and a 70-79 person. Both are recovering at home and are linked to another case.
Of the 114 cases in the Lake Havasu City area, 113 of them remain under investigation. Three are 0-10; five are 11-19; nine are 20-29; six are 30-39; seven are 40-49; seventeen are 50-59; twenty are 60-69; twenty-four are 70-79; fifteen are 80-89; seven are 70-79. The final new Lake Havasu City area case is the new death mentioned above.
Of the 104 new cases in the Kingman area, 97 of them are still under investigation. Seven are 0-10; nine are 11-19; thirteen are 20-29; fifteen are 30-39; twelve are 40-49; ten are 50-59; eleven are 60-69; fourteen are 70-79; five are 80-89; one is 90+. The seven remaining cases are recovering at home and are linked to another case. One is 20-29; one is 30-39; two are 40-49; three are 60-69.
Of the 12 new confirmed cases in the North County area, ALL remain under investigation. One is 0-10; four are 11-19; one is 20-29; one is 30-39; two are 40-49; one is 60-69; one is 70-79; one is 80-89.
The final two new cases are in an Undetermined area of the county. One is a 60-69 person and the case remains under investigation and the second one is the new death reported above.
Total positive cases: 16,688; total recovered: 10,212.
