MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 19 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Friday noon.. There are 3 new deaths.

Two of the deaths are 70-79 and in the Bullhead City service area.  Both are previously reported positive cases.

The third death is in the Lake Havasu City service area.  It is a 60-69 person, a previously reported positive case.

Of the 19 new confirmed cases, there are 9 new cases in the Bullhead City service area.

There are 4 new cases in the Kingman service area. There are 5 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There is 1 new case in the North County service area. There are 0 new cases in an Undetermined area of the county.

All of the cases remain under investigation.

Of the 9 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, two are 0-19; one is 11-19; two are 30-39; two are 40-49; two are 60-69.

Of the 5 new cases in the Lake Havasu City area, two are 40-49; one is 50-59; two are 70-79.

Of the 4 new cases in the Kingman area, one is 40-49; two are 60-69; one is 80-89.

The final new case is a 90+ person from the North County service area.

Total positive cases: 18,551; total recovered: 11,937.

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) has opened its COVID-19 vaccine clinic to the public― beginning with adults age 75 and older. In coordination with the Mohave County Department of Public Health, During the prior administration phases, KRMC vaccinated hospital staff (Phase 1A) and Protective Services Occupations. (Phase 1B,Category 1). Now, the hospital is transitioning to Phase 1B, Category 2, 75 Years  and Older. KRMC is providing the COVID-19 vaccination BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. People ages 75 and Older can schedule an appointment by calling 928-263-3945. There is no charge for the COVID-19 vaccine. Photo ID and masks are required at time of service.
