Body of missing man recovered

BULLHEAD CITY – Authorities have recovered the body of a man who has been missing since being tossed from a boat into the Colorado River on April 8. Bullhead City police responded at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 17 when notified a body was spotted floating down the river near the Palo Verde Marina.
Agency spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the Nevada Department of Wildlife assisted in the recovery of the body of 62-year-old James Edward McCloskey, Bullhead City, about five miles north of the Avi Resort & Casino. McCloskey and another man were ejected from a boat that was located spinning out of control near the Camino Del Rio area.
The other unidentified male was able to make it to the shoreline safely, but McCloskey did not.
