KINGMAN – Mandatory prison time is specified in a plea agreement entered Friday, May 14 for a woman accused of killing her boyfriend in Topock. A first-degree murder charge is dismissed in exchange for Jennifer Priole’s conviction of second-degree murder in the death of Jeffrey Dufour.

Deputy Mohave County Attorney Jacob Cote told Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle that the couple had been in a romantic relationship and cohabitating before Priole, 50, shot and killed Dufour, 50 on May 10, 2020 at their residence in the 13000 block of Cove Parkway. He said two shots struck the victim in the forehead and one each in the neck and chest.

Mohave County Sheriff’s detectives found Dufour dead in the driveway of the property.
