KINGMAN – Kingman police interrupted a commercial burglary in progress early Saturday. Officers responding at 1:00 a.m. spotted the suspect running from the closed business in the 2100 block of Harrison St.

Police Chief Rusty Cooper said Michael Edward Kelso, 51, was apprehended and booked into jail on a burglary charge. Cooper said Kelso admitted stealing beer, cigarettes and t-shirts from the convenience store.
