Temporary closure of public lands for UTV World Championship

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Lake Havasu Field Office announces the temporary closure and restriction of selected public lands for the 2021 Mad Media UTV World Championship races in Standard Wash Off-Highway Vehicle Open Area in Mohave County. The temporary closure takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Oct. 13 through 11:59 p.m. Oct. 16 with the temporary restrictions from 6 a.m. Oct. 13 through 11:59pm Oct. 17.
Access to public lands in and around the event will be temporarily closed, restricted, or designated as spectator areas. Restricted and closed areas will be marked at key access points with signage, fencing, or barriers. Copies of maps are available at the Lake Havasu Field Office, 1785 Kiowa Ave., Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
