KINGMAN – The KHAC has scheduled its Oct. movie night for Friday, Oct. 29 at the KHAC located at 1776 Airway Ave. The movie will begin at 6 p.m.

Steve Conn provides historical and behind the scenes commentary before the movie starts. All family and friends are welcome! Popcorn, snacks, and drinks will be available. Each $2 donation benefits the Center’s various programs.

This month’s featured movie is “The Uninvited” (1944). A first-rate ghost story about a solitary palatial house’s secret. Suspense is created with classic horror tropes like creaking doors, moving lights, wind blowing across window shutters, barely audible whispers floating in the air, and ethereal images casting their ghostly shadows for the living’s visual consumption. The film starred Ray Milland, Ruth Hussey, Donald Crisp, Cornelia Otis Skinner, and Gail Russell.
