LAKE HAVASU CITY – Involvement in a heroin transaction could result in prison time for a Lake Havasu City man. A plea agreement entered Monday for Robert Gould, 32, convicts him of a reduced charge of attempted possession of narcotic drugs for sale.

Gould admits exchanging 3 grams of heroin for $200 with a confidential informant last July at a residence in the 3900 block of Albacore Drive. A possession of narcotic drugs for sale charge and two drug paraphernalia possession counts are dismissed in the plea deal.

Gould is eligible for probation, but also faces up to 3.5 years in prison when sentenced May 7 by Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert.
