BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man who made victims of his own mother and a female neighbor has entered a plea agreement that will send him to the Arizona Department of Corrections. Tyiler Hiner, 24, pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct with a weapon and criminal trespassing.
Deputy Mohave County attorney Rod Albright said the disorderly conduct offense was committed in Dec., 2020. Albright said Hiner was disturbing the peace in the 2000 block of Bahama Drive when he brandished a metal pipe while advancing toward a neighbor and threatened to “bash her head in.”
Albright said the second crime was committed last March when Hiner was located inside his mother’s home when prohibited by court order. Terms of the plea agreement require Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert to impose a two-year prison term during a May 17 sentencing hearing.
