LAKE HAVASU CITY – Both units of a duplex were damaged during a May 11 fire in Lake Havasu City. Firefighters responded at 2:00 a.m. to the incident in the 700 block of Desert View Dr.
“The first arriving fire company reported the rear of the structure well involved with fire on the second story that had extended to both units,” a news release stated. “Four engine companies, one truck company and a Battalion Chief responded to the fire and gained control of the fire within 28 minutes.”
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
