LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Sunday fire burned a storage area outside a restaurant in Lake Havasu City. Firefighters were dispatched at 5:39 p.m. to the incident at the Shogun Japanese cuisine eatery at 90 Swanson Ave.
“Restaurant employees and LHC Police Department were able to knock down the fire using garden hoses and ABC extinguishers prior to Fire Department arrival,” a news release said. Personnel with the first arriving company were able to bring the fire under control quickly.
No one was injured. An SUV sustained significant damage from radiant heat.
