Vogt sentenced for illegal dentistry

KINGMAN – A Kingman woman charged with illegal dentistry activity has entered a plea agreement in Mohave County Superior Court. Bandy Vogt, 41, pleaded guilty last month to practicing dentistry without a license.

A second illegal dental practice charge and two aggravated assault counts are dismissed in the case prosecuted by the Arizona Attorney General’s office. The factual basis for the guilty plea was amended from an illegal tooth extraction to instead reflect admission to unlicensed and unsupervised denture preparation.

Vogt is guaranteed a probation and no jail punishment outcome at her July 29 sentencing hearing.

I guess that will teach her to try and help people out, who can’t afford overpriced dentures.
As they say, ”No good deed goes unpunished’ !
