KINGMAN – Lt. Zach graduated on Friday, August 20th, during a ceremony held at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. Chief Rusty Cooper, Deputy Chief Evan Kunert, and Deputy Chief Joel Freed were in attendance. The school was held at the Tempe Police Department, in Tempe, AZ.
It was an intensive ten-week program that prepared Lt. Zach for executive and senior level police leadership. The course combined academic principles with practical applications and focused on a range of critical leadership and management areas, including planning and policies, media relations, organizational behavior, budgeting and resource allocation, human resources, contemporary policing, and more.
Lt. Zach is a member of KPD’s command staff currently assigned as the Operations Commander.
