Surveillance video catches burglar

BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Police arrested a man caught on surveillance cameras burglarizing an appliance store.

On August 26, a victim reported that some light fixtures, wiring and irrigations lines around their home were damaged on Marina Boulevard. Some landscaping lights were also reported stolen. The victim provided police video surveillance of the male suspect.

On August 28, an appliance store on Marina Boulevard reported the business was burglarized. Surveillance video showed a male entering a fenced commercial yard and stealing several appliances and tools valued over $1,500.

Police received information from the Mohave County Probation Office identifying the suspect as Robert Vernon Ralph, 62, of Bullhead City. On September 1st, detectives and probation went to Ralph’s residence in the 1700 block of Artesia Drive where they recovered all the stolen appliances, tools and landscaping lights. He was arrested for burglary, criminal damage, theft and possession of stolen property. Robert Ralph was transported to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
