KINGMAN – The Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center is hosting a healthy living class series that teaches attendees about different facets of healthy living. The next class will be at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27. The class takes place once a month at the KHAC (1776 Airway Ave.).
The Oct. speaker will be Jim Loeber, MSCC, CLC, CISM and he will be discussing mental hygiene.
