LAKE HAVASU CITY – A restitution heavy plea agreement has been entered for the man who ripped off customers at the marine and motorsports business he formerly operated in Lake Havasu City. Steve LeProhon, 31, pleaded guilty to a single count of fraud for failing complete jobs when customers paid up front for boat repairs.

Terms of the plea deal require LeProhon to pay more than $205,000 in restitution. A seven-year probation period is required and LeProhon could also get up to 90 days in jail when sentenced April 28.
