BULLHEAD CITY – The JAVC and VFW District #8 are collaborating to bring a Veterans Resource Fair to Bullhead City on Friday June 25th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a 9:00 AM registration time.

Things you need to know:

1. Location change as this event will be at the Suddenlink Center Gymnasium
2. There is only room inside for 32 tables. If we receive more than 32 resource requests our options include outside sites under pop-ups (it could be HOT, rain-never heard of it, wind-100% probability) or combining indoor slots (last resort)
3. Vendors are requested to sign up as early as possible but by June 17th at the latest. We WILL NOT be able to accommodate late walk in vendors. 
4. The Bullhead City Transit stops at the Suddenlink Center at 22 minutes after the hour
5. Transportation requests are to be made through info@javc.org by Tuesday, June 22nd. We now have a shuttle available for pick-ups. 
6. Wi-Fi is available
7. Electric outlets are limited to 16 booths so charge up those batteries
8. Parking is available on and off site. Vendors will be requested to park in the south adjacent lot. Offsite parking is available on Lee St.
9. There are currently no COVID-19 restrictions at the Center but wearing a mask will not be discouraged.
10. We are looking for barbers and stylists.
11. We sure could use two passenger carrying Golf Carts.

13. Meals will be a box lunch and we request our vendors let us know how many meals they will be requesting by June 17th. 
14. Tables and Chairs will be provided.
15. Attendance is just a guess, but the Kingman VRF had 81 attendees. I expect more from the BHC area. 
16. There is no cost to anyone attending or providing resources.
