KINGMAN – Nucor Steel is hosting their Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament this October here in Kingman! The tournament will take place at Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course (1001 Gates Ave.) on October 29th with registration occurring from 7:30 to 8:30 am and beginning with a shotgun start at 9:00 am. The tournament will be a 4-player/18-hole scramble style and will also feature a raffle to follow the tournament. Lunch will be provided.
All Tournament proceeds will go to support the Jerry Ambrose Veterans Council. The JAVC has recently purchased a 22,000 square foot facility to house their Operation 6 project. Nucor Steel intends to donate the Tournament’s proceeds to help this project get underway. Operation 6 is a rehabilitation project to help homeless veterans reenter into mainstream society.
If you would still like to help with the Operation 6 project, but cannot attend the Tournament, donations in any form are always welcome. Donations towards raffle items will also be accepted, including golf items, autographed items, company logo shirts, caps, etc.
